- Once valve received for repair, it will be assigned a Shop Order Number. That SON identification stays with the repair throughout the entire Quality Assurance Program.
- Each valve will be disassembled in accordance with the manufacturer procedures.
- Primary inspection report will be issued attached with as found pictures and will be communicated to the client. At this point the client will develop the recommendations and provide spare parts whether to be repaired or replaced.
- Once receiving the scope of work, then the job will be started accordingly.
- Client will be notified to attend and witness the hydro-test
- When repair is completed, written documentation with certificates enclosed with all of pictures before and after repair will be sent to the client.
